yes i know my kid is not matching.

For Ethan's birthday we went to Burger King and let them play in the play area and then ran some errands. We were going to go to the zoo lights but it was so cold and snowy we decided to stay home. So we decided to set up a picnic in the front room and have dinner. We told him he could have whatever he wanted. He had macaroni and cheese. Then we watched a tv show about lizards and snakes. Oh how fun, but he loved it.
Sunday we had a family party with Matt family. They ended up coming up early because of the storm so his cake never got done the way we wanted. He wanted a Thomas cake so we through on some of his Thomas toys and called it good. I felt bad but he was happy.

Ethan's birthday

My little boy turned 3 on the 12th. I can't believe how grown up he his. He has changed so much and is such a boy. He loves to ask you a question and then tell you how to answer him "can i watch a movie?" "say sure you can. He has totally come out of his shell. he use to not talk to any one and now he doesn't stop talking. He loves to scream and tries his hardest to make Trey cry. sometime you even hear him say "cry Trey cry" and then laughs. He loves trains, tractors, garbage trucks and any big vehicle. He loves to climb. He is also very independant. Thinks he can do and should do everything Trey does and always wants to play with Trey and his friends. Even though he can be a BIG stinker. we love him tons and makes us laugh daily.

Pirate Island Pizza

To Celebrate Matt and Ethan's birthdays we went to a place called Pirate Island Pizza. Its a new pizza place in Orem. Matt had heard about it a while ago and we wanted to check it out. (They started in St George and are opening up more in the future). It was awesome. I felt like I was at Disneyland. They had it all themed around pirates. The food was great. A lot like Pizza Factory (maybe even better) Very reasonably and the kid loved it. (so did Matt and I). They even sang to Matt and Ethan and brought them each ice cream. They even have cheesecake from the cheese cake factory if you wanted.

Thanksgiving Weekend

This year for Thanksgiving we went to my parents house. We were able to see my whole family this weekend. Not all together but close. We had a great time. We ate Thanksgiving dinner in the garage because there were to many of us. Which turned out great. No need to worry if your kids spilled. Then we were able to leave the tables up for the kids to do crafts all weekend. (and they did crafts all weekend). Some of the kids would spend the entire day glue pom poms together and make all sorts of animals. Some even got creative and needed to expand out and use other items for there crafts such as toilet paper.
All the women in my family minus one sister went to the movie while the men were in charge of the children. We were a little concerned because we weren't sure if the house would be left. The men were trying to blow up the stair rail in our house(they were actually trying to get some long lost toys out from our childhood, but the methods were questionable)
The day after Thanksgiving was spent doing the traditional shopping with Bon, Sus and Marsh at Walmart, Roberts and Belles (that pretty much the only good stores they have). Most of the kids slept in the front room and had one big slumber party. Amazingly enough they went to be pretty good.

Saturday we went to the cities Christmas festival so see the trees and Santa.
